BitCube is an interactive installation that transforms 224 standard IBC water totes into single pixels in a massive low-resolution cube display towering 30 feet over the desert. The installation creates a minimalist, abstract visual narrative that defies the ubiquity of hi-res displays. BitCube embraces the limitations of a low-res medium and encourages viewers to find beauty in simplicity. The installation's audioreactive capabilities reflect the collective heartbeat of the Burning Man community. Light patterns range from abstract shapes to minimalist representations of life and energy, resonating with Burning Man's spirit of creativity, self-expression, and community in a stripped-down interplay of light, space, and perception.
