The installation mimics a bureaucratic government office plopped in the middle of the desert. It features an orange Roman-style facade decorated with creeping vines, an upper balcony accented with classical statues, and a recreation of Italy's famous Bocca della Verità (The Mouth of Truth) medallion. Above the service window, the Latin inscription reads "Roma non uno viro ardenti aedificata est"—a clever play on words that roughly translates to "Rome was not built by one passionate man" (or a nod to the "Burner" spirit)
