Ashley’s Story: “ I am a first-time Burner, and I got to share the experience with my favorite human on this planet – my mini, my daughter. Obviously this led to a much different Burn than I would have had on my own, but I don’t think there is a greater gift for my daughter. She got to see the raw, one-of-a-kind moments in a city full of artistry, creativity and unique. A place that focused on love and gifting over sexualization and commodity. She struggled with wrapping her head around burning ‘beautiful art,’ but it taught her the temporariness of life. I struggled only after I returned to the default world and saw how much I missed. Burning Man was… for her the perfect playground, for me it awakened a whole new way of being. “
