Their Story: This Burn was supposed to be about spontaneous human interaction and more participation in other camp’s offerings. As usual though, Burning Man had other plans, and it ended up being a lesson in “expect nothing, prepare for everything”. We worked solidly for 4 days on a project that we weren’t planning on being overly involved with, and got to experience less of the Playa than ever before – but that was OK. Learning to deal with the Playa dissolving your expectations and giving you something totally different is what makes TTITD so different from just another festival. We ended up bonding with our camp deeply and had an incredible time falling in love all over again the desert.” .
